摘    要:冠心病在许多国家中是死亡的主导原因。体力活动和饮食是用以预防冠心病的两种主要的手段。近年的研究证明,低脂饮食(每日能量消耗30%来自脂肪)包括每日能量摄入中多不饱和脂肪酸或单不饱和脂肪酸达20%,可以改善血脂和脂蛋白类,但脂蛋白(a)受遗传的强烈影响,现被认为是在冠心病发生中起独立的重要作用,未显示出受饮食和体力活动的作用有明显改变。

Abstract:CHD is the leading cause of mortalibity in many countries. PA and diet are two major factors that contribute to prevention of CHD. Recent research suggests that, a low fat diet (30% of daily energy from fat) including 20% of daily energy intake as PUFA or MUFA may improve blood lipids and LPs, but LP(a) is under strong genetic influence and now considered to have an independent role in the development of CHD, does not appear to be significantly altered by diet and PA.
