| 摘 要： | 随着科学技术日新月异的发展,网络知识和技术迅速的普及,消费者购物的途径发生了变化,从传统的购物模式(实体店购物)渐渐转向了新兴的购物模式(网络购物),而在此过程中由于各方面的原因,导致发生纠纷时消费者维权举步维艰.本文从网络购物维权的困境表现入手,撂究并分析造成这种现象的原因,结合我国网络购物实际,提出了一些救济的方法,以期能改善消费者网络维权困境,更进一步保护好消费者网络购物的合法权益.
