激励理论视角下欠发达地区教师职业倦怠的缓解策略研究——以广东汕尾市中小学教师为例

职业倦怠会降低教师的工作热情,危害教师的身心健康,进而影响整个教育事业的健康发展。本文从改善影响教师职业倦怠的根源入手,提出借鉴马斯洛(Maslon)、赫茨伯格(Herzberg)、亚当斯(Adams)、斯金纳(Skinner)等人的激励理论,对缓解欠发达地区中小学教师职业倦怠现象提出了以下管理对策:尊师重教,落到实处;提高成就感,激发上进心;公平竞争,创新机制;柔性管理,人文关怀;进修提高,自我发展;自我激励,心理平衡。
