摘    要:学校自主权是近十几年来我国学校和社会普遍关注,也颇感困惑的难点与冰点问题.对中小学校自主权的视若无睹和认识误区,长期以来把中小学校自主权问题带入困局,甚至使中小学校的法人资格失去意义.实际上,学校自主权是学校权利中的办学自主权和学校固有的、专业化的自由裁量权,对学校发展和特色建设、学校文化自觉和创建等,都将形成重大影响.我国中小学校自主权已经历了三个时期,目前正进入博弈生成阶段.

Abstract:The school autonomy is difficult problem that schools and society concerns, also very confused in recent years. The ignore and misunderstanding on the school autonomy brings the autonomy of primary and secondary schools into predicament, and even cause it' s legal qualification meaning losted for a long time. In fact, the school autonomy is a running autonomy and inherent, professional discretion right in school right, and will form a significant impact with the development and characteristic construction, cultural consciousness and creation of school. The autonomy of schools in our country has experienced three periods, is now entering the game generation phase.
