大学生发展及其动态过程的四阶段论

大学生发展是大学生以发展任务为目标导向的个体内在的、渐进式的成长过程,既应立足于大学阶段的发展任务,又须指向毕业后大学生的终身发展.此外,大学生发展过程通常又是由外在的发展干预占主导地位到大学生能够自觉发展的动态过程,而且在此过程中大学生将主要经历大学生发展干预和“要我发展”、自我发展意识形成和“我要发展”、主动参与发展实践和“我在发展”、发展能力形成和“我能发展”四个阶段.
