| Abstract: | In the action of "Spring Rain",research and training teachers from the center of junior high school teacher education of Dalian Education University walked into more than 140 junior high schools in the 13 districts of Dalian city.The paper comes up with countermeasures and suggestions as far as the advantages,achievements,problems and reasons explored from the supervision. |
