试论和谐世界理念的反霸思想

面对世界经济全球化、一体化和信息化的发展以及霸权主义形式的新变化,以胡锦涛为核心的新一代中央领导集体,提出和谐世界理念应对"单边主义",以和平方式对霸权主义进行有理有据的斗争,以倡导多边主义推进国际关系的民主化与法制化,以促进不同文明的和谐共处抵制全球化时代的文化霸权主义。蕴含在和谐世界理念中的反霸思想,坚持了邓小平反霸思想的精髓——在与强权国家长期共处中,妥善处理对内对外关系,维护地区与世界的和平,创造条件发展自己,逐步限制、削弱世界范围内的霸权主义。

Thoughts of Anti-Hegemony in the Concept of Harmonious World

Facing the development of world economic globalization,integration and information as well as the new changes of hegemonic forms,the CPC’s new generation of central collective leadership with Comrade Hu Jintao at its core puts forward a concept of harmonious world to response to the "unilateralism": struggling against hegemony with a reasonable,methodical and peaceful manner,advocating multilateralism to promote democracy and legality of international relations,and restraining cultural hegemony in globalization by promoting the harmonious coexistence of different cultures.The anti-hegemony in the concept of harmonious world has upheld the essence of Deng Xiaoping’s anti-hegemonic ideology,that is,in a long-term coexistence with the world powers,we must properly handle internal and external relations,maintain regional and world peace,and create conditions to develop ourselves,gradually restraining and weakening the hegemony in the world.
