| 摘 要： | 实施教学做合一,其教师应具有崇高的师德师风,勇于创新的精神,科学的教育观念,健康的身心素质,终身学习的态度,高超的执教能力等。现有教师从整体上讲不符合教学做合一的要求,应通过培训学习、教研活动、教学实践、行业实践、制度激励等提升教师素质。

| Abstract: | The teaching method of Teaching & Learning& Practicing in One need the teachers should have the noble virtue,and innovative spirit,the scientific concept of education,healthy physical and mental qualities,life-long learning attitude and superb coaching ability.Existing teachers,from an overall perspective,do not meet the requirements of Teaching & Learning& Practicing in One,therefore,we should improve the quality of teachers through training,teaching and research activities,teaching practice, industry practice and institutional incentives as well. |
