| 摘 要： | 两汉时期，民间以布衣身份上书的事例很多，蔚然成为一时风尚。这种风气是在战国游士之风的基础上发展而来的，同时又是汉代社会历史条件下的产物。民间上书者的目的大致可分为求官与诉冤两种情形。这种风气对汉代政治生活产生了很大的影响，既是中央政府选拔人才、获取社会信息的一种重要手段，还是对常规司法程序的一个补充。

| Abstract: | It is very popular for country folks to send their statements to a higher authority in the period of Liang Han. The general mood is formed on the base of loafers' mood in the Warring States and meanwhile it is a product of the history in Han Dynasty. Its aim can roughly be divided into two cases, One is to seek for an official position, and the other is to pour out complaints. This general mood has a great influence on the political life in Han Dynasty. It is not only an important means for the central government to select talents and gain the social information but also a supplement of regular judicature procedures. |
