| 摘 要： | 南北差异悬殊,地域分异明显的地貌特征,是绵阳市土地资源形成与演变的主导因素,应针对不同地貌区的土地质量建立三个综合发展区,采取相应的开发利用与治理保护措施,以提高土地生产力和综合效益.
