| 摘 要： | 律师参政议政的过程是一个国家政治民主的重要表现,对社会的民主化进程将产生多方面的意义。但是,目前由于律师业执业环境和经济发展水平的制约,我国律师参政议政强度不够。因此,积极探寻律师参政议政的途径具有诸多的现实意义,律师群体应当在立法及公共政策的制定中产生更多更积极的作用。

| Abstract: | Lawyers＇ participation in and deliberation of state affairs is not only a reflection of a country＇s democracy but also has a significant influence on the process of domestic democratization.However,limited by social atmosphere and economic development,the participation needs to be strengthened.Therefore,the discussion about the paths and models of the lawyers＇ participation has some pragmatic meanings.This group should play a more important part in domestic legislation and public policy-making. |
