摘    要:一次二阶矩分析为估计风险率提供了一个最有实用价值的方法。本文从理论上对该法进行了阐述和分析,并对现行的两种一次二阶矩方法进行了比较;建议将一次二阶矩方法在我国的水文水力设计中推广应用。

Abstract:Risks are unavoidable in the design of engineering aystems. How to ev- aluate the risks is an inportant question in engineering systems, especial in the hydrologic and hydraulic engineering designs. Recently, the first-order second-mo- ment analysis has evolved as one of the most promising pratical method for risk estimates of engineering systems. In this paper the theory on the formulation of the method is presented, and the two techniques of the first-order second-moment analysis are compared. The writer proposes apply to further the first-order second- moment analysis to the hydrologic and hydraulic engineering designs in China.
