The Effect of the Regulation of Southern Tibetan Area on Modern Administration Activity in Qinghai

The major is featuces of Tibetan area are that the economy fall behind,and that the growth of production is slow.the low of the social development and the lack of knowledge of science is also the main featuces in this region.The effect of religion is ingrained.So far,Some old Traditional isdeas and customs affect these people`s thought and actcion.this thesis emphatically studys and probes into the effect that the rules of southern tibetan area have on the adminislrative activities and also analyse the character.the pucpose is fereference to supply some possible theovetic basis for reference to solve the regulation problem of Tibetan region at present.
