摘    要:概念语法隐喻(IGM)是真实英语书面语体的显著特征.IGM对大学生英语阅读理解力的影响,以往的研究注重的是理论分析,缺乏实证支撑.文章选取了两组英语基础能力相当,受英语教育背景不同的两组大学生作为研究对象,通过两轮相继调查,证实IGM不仅不会增加语篇的难度,而且长期阅读包含IGM的真实语言材料还会帮助提高学习者的英语阅读理解力.
