| 摘 要： | 我国非常重视高等教育，这是我们社会及经济发展的中心。但是我们需要从多种途径来改善现有的教育制度，其中法治化管理是必要环节。要实现法治化管理必须从两个方面来进行：一是制度完善，二是大家普遍遵守。
