| 摘 要： | 加强对弱势群体的法律保护 ,对于建设平安山东意义重大。现阶段在我国实施弱势群体法律保护上存在着经济资源不足 ,司法水平不高等难点 ,在法律保护上应做好立法、执法工作 ,在实践上应建立健全社会保障体系 ,提供就业援助 ,调整分配政策。
