| Abstract: | This article introduces the construction and the entire implementation process of the information system of human resources management by Tianwei Baoding Electric Ltd., analyzes the economic benefits and social benefits after implementing the system. It draws a conclusion that the construction of the information system of human resources management plays a facilitating role in enterprises with fast and healthy development. |
