| 摘 要： | 大学生的就业问题给高校带来了多方压力.本文从纵向垂直、横向平面、内部压力等方面对因就业问题而受力的高校进行受力分析,并提出了解释受力的基本思路对策:建立适时的人才培养模式;构建适势的机构体制模型.
