| 摘 要： | 现代化的本质是人的现代化。面对现代化的要求，当代大学生在个体素质方面还存在缺陷或者弱项。在分析当代大学生个体素质的基础上，提出了我国现代化进程和背景下大学生如何全面提高自身素质、实现可持续发展的对策。
