摘    要:学习者的个体差异,诸如动机,个性及不同的环境将会影响学习个体英语口语的习得,因而英语教师应该关注这些个体差异,进而找到合适的方法,途径来唤起学习者的兴趣,激发他们的学习动机,为学习者创造生动,有效的学习环境。

Abstract:Since a learner's individuality,characterized by motivation,personality,and different social circumstances will affect the pace of his/her oral English learning,EFT teachers should pay attention to these individual factors and find ways to improve their oral English instruction by arousing a learner's interest,stimulating their motivation,and creating a lively atmosphere for the learner.
