| Abstract: | It has been fifteen years since the first issue of Journal of Weifang Educational College was originated in 1988.Looking back on those experiences , this essay summarizes the peculiar law and practice in promoting an educational and academic periodical in country , indicates the challenges such kind of periodical will meet in the new era ,and puts forward some countermeasures for them . |
