摘    要:在新的企业价值观影响下,为了达到利益相关者价值最大化,烟草商业企业必须注意各方面的客户关系。从国家、烟草工业、零售商、烟农、消费者和企业员工六个方面,论述了如何构建烟草商业企业的客户关系。

Abstract:Tobacco business corporations should pay attention to the relationship with customers in order to make the maximum of benefits on the influence of the new corporation value concept.This paper discusses how to construct relationship with customers from six aspects,such as country,tobacco industry,retailers,tobacco growers,customers and corporation employees.
