黑龙江省普通高校开展冰雪运动课程的价值和对策分析

冰雪运动课程在普通高校的开设，不但可以增加体育教学内容，提高冬季体育课程教学质量，满足不同层次、不同水平、不同兴趣学生的需要，而且在锻炼学生身体，增强学生体质，培养学生良好的意志品质，树立学生正确的体育态度及终身体育锻炼的思想等方面具有重要意义。从黑龙江普通高校开展冰雪运动课程的价值分析入手，提出制定政策，加大资金投入力度，加强场地设施建设；转变观念，加强师资队伍建设；开展多元化的冰雪运动体系；深化教学改革，优化课程设置，丰富教学方法；加大宣传力度，增加和社会的合作等对策，旨为黑龙江省普通高校冰雪运动课程的发展提供借鉴和参考。

Analysis on Values and Measures of Developing Ice and Snow Sports Courses in Heilongjiang Provincial Colleges

Having ice and snow sports courses in colleges not only can increase the contents of physical education,improve the teaching quality of winter sports courses,meet the needs of various levels, grades,interest for students,but also has a significant meaning on exercise,strengthen physical quality, cultivate good quality,establish right physical attitude and ideological aspects for exercise and so on. Starting from the values analysis of developing ice and snow sports courses in Heilongjiang provincial colleges,this paper puts forward to formulate policy,increase capital investment,strengthen venue construction;Change ideas,enhance teachers team construction;Develop diversification ice and snow sports system;Deepen teaching reform,optimize curriculums,enrich teaching methods;Promote propaganda,increase cooperation with society,in order to provide the reference for the development of ice and snow sports courses in Heilongjiang provincial colleges.
