冬季滑冰课增加拓展训练教学内容的研究

伴随着近年来教学体制改革逐步完善，各种新的教学方法如雨后春笋般在教学工作中涌现了出来。拓展训练作为现阶段体育教学工作中的一种新的教学方式，在克服学生心理问题、提高心理素质和团队精神方面具有积极的作用。从理论与实践的角度着手，提出冬季滑冰课教学中拓展训练设计的要点为提高学生的学习兴趣与激情、能够有效改善学生学习的注意力、有助于调整学生的动作细节，以及拓展训练的具体形式与内容，为提高冬季体育教学质量提供理论依据。

Research on Increasing Expand Training Teaching of Winter Skating Class

In recent years,with the teaching system reform gradually perfect,various teaching methods spring up in teaching. Expand training as a new teaching method of physical education at this stage, has a positive role in overcoming the psychological problem of students,improving the psychological quality and team spirit. Starting from the theory and practice,this paper puts forward the key points of expand training design in winter skating class teaching in order to improve the learning interest and passion,effectively improve the attention of students,help students adjust movements,as well as the specific form and content of expand training,provide a theoretical basis for improving the teaching quality of winter sports teaching.
