应用型学院学生自主管理新机制探索——以中国矿业大学应用技术学院为例

自主管理是学生管理工作的重要补充。应用型学院学生有组织经验丰富、自主管理能力强的优势,同时也存在知识阅历水平参差不齐、文化基础较差等问题。针对这一特殊群体,学院要积极开创工作新思路,构建具有鲜明特色的学生自主管理机制。同时,要加强制度引导和监管力度。

Explore of the New Mechanism of Student's Independently Management in Applied Institute——Take the applied technology institute of China University of Mining and Technology as an example

The students of applied institute have the advantage with strong experience of organization and coordination,independent managerial ability,but at the same time there exist the problems such as the student's different experiences,student's inferior foundation and so on.This text takes the applied technology institute of China Mining University as an example to explore the new mechanism of student's independently management in applied institute.
