| 摘 要： | 高校是科学研究与技术开发的重要基地，已成为国家科技创新体系的重要组成部分。本文分析了当前国际知识产权保护领域的重要法规TRIPs对高校科技创新的影响，并对如何消除其消极影响提出了应对措施。

The paper analyzes the influence by TRIPs on university innovative activities, and it also raises some specific countermeasures for eliminating the negative influence brought by TRIPs. |
