| 摘 要： | "一五"期间是中国资源型城市的大发展时期。这一时期,从乡村到城市工作重心的转移促进了资源型城市的发展,苏联模式的影响与我国优先发展重工业的战略则使资源型城市走出了资源赋存→区域优势→工矿企业→资源型城市的演进道路,并显现出在动力机制、资金来源、人力资源等方面存在的问题。

| Abstract: | The First Five-Year Plan period is one of great resources-based city development in China,during which,the transfer of work-focus from the countryside to cities promotes the development of resources-based cities.The influence of the Soviet development model and China's development strategy of heave industry first lead to an evolution route from resources richness to regional preferentiality to factory-mine industry to resources-based cities,which reveals problems in motivation mechanism,fund-raising and manpower resource. |
