通过文献资料法和实验法,对多元教学法在初级爬泳、蛙泳教学中的应用进行了实验研究。研究发现,根据少年儿童的心理、生理特点,多元教学法的采用更加合理、有效,课堂气氛活泼愉快,教学用时少,效果较好,并能够充分调动学员学习的兴趣和积极性,在初级教学中是行之有效的教学方法。
