基于双恒流源的应变采集电路设计

摘    要:针对目前恒压源应变采集系统的不足,提出了一种新颖的基于双恒流源法双端半桥测量原理的应变采集方案。论证和分析该恒流源电路用于应变采集的优点,给出了利用该测量原理设计的应变采集系统。实验室测试及在某大型风机叶片形变测试中运行表明,该应变采集系统具有较高的测量精度、稳定性、抗干扰性和可靠性。

The design of strain acquisition circuit based on Twin-Constant-Current Source

Abstract:Aiming at the shortcomings of the constant voltage source strain acquisition system,we came up with a novel strain acquisition technology based on the double-side half-bridge measurement principle of the constant current source. Demonstration and analysis of the constant current source circuit was used for strain collection,and the advantages of the measuring principle were given by using the design of multi-channel strain acquisition system.Lab test and the running in a large fan blade deformation test show that the strain acquisition system has high measurement precision,stability,anti-interference and reliability.
