| 摘 要： | 羽毛球是我国的传统优势项目，经过了近百年的发展历史已经相当成熟了。伴随着羽毛球运动的不断发展，羽毛球技术及战术水平积累到一定程度时，比赛中节奏的控制就显得尤为重要，甚至可以说，节奏就是羽毛球比赛的灵魂。本文通过对羽毛球比赛中节奏控制的重要性探讨与分析，希望能引起相关人员对羽毛球运动员节奏感培养的重视，旨在为日后我国羽毛球队的训练和比赛提供一定的参考与帮助。
