道家文化对南无拳传承与发展的影响

采用文献资料、调查分析等方法，以道家思想为理论基础，通过梳理南无派发展的历史脉络，为南无拳传承的历史渊源寻找史学依据，以促进南无拳相关理论的研究及发展为目的。研究发现，南无拳是在全真道内丹修炼思想基础上，结合导引行气术形成的养生拳术，对调理脏腑功能具有特殊功效，在南无派历经30代传承，现已在洛阳地区广泛开展，为南无拳全面推广奠定了基础。
