高校学报文化建设之我见

学报文化是学报组织在长期发展过程中形成的价值观念、群体意识和行为规范的综合体,是学报组织生存的基础、发展的动力、成功的核心。学报组织应充分认识学报文化建设的重要性,从学报的物质文化、制度文化和精神文化三个层面加强文化建设,以最大限度地激发编辑人员的积极性和首创精神,促进学报的健康可持续发展。

Study on the Cultural Construction of University Journals

Culture of journals is the synthesis of values,collective consciousness and behavioral norms which are formed in the long development process.It is the survival foundation,the motive of improvement and the core to success of journals.Journals shall fully realize the importance of cultural construction,and strengthen cultural construction from aspects of the substance culture,system culture and spiritual culture.Only in this way can we inspire the enthusiasm and pioneering sprit of editor to make journals developing healthily and sustainably.
