| 摘 要： | 张之洞的教育思想和主张在中国近代教育史上占有重要的地位，尤其是实业教育思想独具特色，并具有一定的现实意义，如强调重视培养实业人才，在实业教育中采用教学与实吓相结合的教学方法，聘请洋教员来华讲学，向国外派遣留学生等等，对当今我国教育的发展和完善仍不失借鉴之外。

| Abstract: | Zhang Zhi - dong s ideas on industrial education occupied an important place in the moderntimes edu-rational history of China. Especially his ideas on industrial education had its special characteristics and its practical significance. He proposed to devote much attention to the train of industrial talents, to adopt the teaching methods of the combination of teaching with practice, to invite foreign teachers to China, to send students overseas. We can make use of these ideas to improve and perfect our present education. |
