新媒体下高校团青思想政治教育面临的挑战及对策

当今社会是呼唤创新的社会,当今社会亦是彰显和谐的社会。当代青年是国家宝贵的人才资源,是民族的希望,祖国的未来,是中国特色社会主义的建设者和接班人,对他们的思想政治教育关系着党和国家的事业。所以,对他们的教育有非常重要的意义。当前,我们国家正处于重要的社会转型期,利益关系呈现多元化趋势,青年作为一个最富有生机与活力的群体,在当代新媒体环境下,伴随新媒体的快速发展,团青思想政治教育面临着新的问题和挑战,如何在新媒体背景下加强对他们的思想政治教育,充分发挥新媒体的优势,使他们能够在学校健康的成长发展,是摆在思想政治教育工作者面前的重要课题。对新媒体环境下如何加强团青思想政治教育进行了探讨。

Challenges and Countersues of College Communist Youth's Ideological and Political Education in the Era of New Media

Nowadays society calls for innovation and highlights the harmony. The contemporary youths are precious talent re- sources of the country, the hope of the nation, the future of our motherland, and the builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Ideological and political education for them has the closest relation to the career of Party and coun- try. At present, our country is at an important period of social transition, showed a trend of diversification of the relations in interests. Under the contemporary new media environment, along with the rapid development of new media, ideological and political education for communist youth league, the most energetic and vital group, is facing new problems and challenges. How to strengthen their ideological and political education under the background of new media, how to give full play to the advantages of new media and how to make them develop and grow healthily at school are the important subject in the face of the ideological and political education workers. This paper discussed how to strengthen the ideological and political educa- tion of communist youth league under the new media environment.
