| 摘 要： | 加入WTO，客观上要求进一步改革我国的法律教育制度。我国法律教育必须抓住加入WTO的历史机缘，革新人才培养目标定位，合理调整教育资源的布局结构。同时，应以制度的形式将法律教育设定为法律职业的入职门槛。此外，还应处理好公共管理与院校自治的关系。

| Abstract: | After China joined into WTO, the reform of law education system must be advanced objectively. Law education in China should grasp the historical chance of China's access to WTO, renew its training goal and adjust the disposal structure of education resources rationally. At the same time, the law education should be built as the gatekeeper of law professional. Furthermore, the authors also realized that it is important to disposing the relationship between public management and academic autonomy reasonably. |
