大学毕业生综合素质及综合能力与企业要求之差距

我国企业对所聘大学毕业生综合素质和综合能力的要求越来越高,而调查显示,虽然大学毕业生自我感觉良好,但实际上还远未完全达到企业的要求,其中差距较大的方面包括忠诚度和专一性、吃苦耐劳精神、分析批评能力、解决问题的能力、高效工作和有效工作的能力、独立工作能力、团队合作能力,等等。因此,高校应该积极采取措施,主动适应企业的要求,加强学生综合素质和能力的培养,使我们培育出来的学生能够尽快为企业和社会做出自己的贡献。

A Survey on the Discrepancy between the General Qualities and Abilities of College Graduates and the Requirements of Enterprises

The enterprises in the country have an increasingly high demand for the general qualities and abilities of college graduates they intend to employ.Despite the confidence of college graduates in their general qualities and abilities,however,our recent survey shows that they are still far from satisfying the enterprises’ requirements.The areas in which they lack most include loyalty and devotion,ability to endure hardships,analytical and critical ability,ability of solving problems,efficiency,effectiveness,ability of working independently,ability of working with a team,etc.Therefore,universities and colleges should take active measures to foster and improve students’ general qualities and abilities so as to meet the requirements of enterprises and help them contribute their bit to the enterprises and the society.
