民族地区高校大学生适应的研究

随着知识经济全球化时代的到来,高等教育的发展受到越来越多的重视,而学生在进入大学后在适应上面临很多问题,本研究对就读于内蒙古师范大学的学生调查研究发现:影响适应的因素在程度上依次为专业→生源地(南北方或区内外)→城市农村→性别。这与以往的研究结果有所不同,原因是文化适应的母文化和异域文化群体不一样。

Adaptation of University Students in Ethnic Minority Regions

With the globalization of knowledge and economy,higher education is increasingly emphasized,but students may encounter many problems after entering a university.Through an investigation about students in Inner Mongolia Normal University,the study finds out that factors affecting students’ adaptation are their specialty,original living place(north or south,in the autonomous region or outside),city or countryside,and then their sex.Such a finding is different from the previous studies,the reason for which is that the mother culture of cultural adaptation is different from other cultural groups.
