| 摘 要： | 5·12地震波及甘肃,灾民如何安置是一个极为复杂的问题。将原本就位于自然条件恶劣地区的甘肃灾民迁移到地广人稀资源丰富的新疆,理论上是一个双赢的决策。然而,考察一年来甘肃——新疆省际灾后移民的已有实践表明,部分移民呈现出不安心扎根新疆的状态,导致返迁。本研究从文化维度解析移民们的确定性生存观念,作为探讨灾后省际移民安置稳定的文化起点。

| Abstract: | Gansu was affected by 5.12earthquake.How to deal with victims is a very complex problem.Victims originally lived in poor natural conditions move to the rich resources and parsely populated area of Xinxiang,Which is a theoretically win-win decision.A study on gansu-xinjiang provincial disaster immigration practically showed that part of immigrants did not feel at ease in xinjiang,lead to return their hometown.This paper from the cultural dimension analysis certainty lifestyle as the cultural starting point to discuss provincial disaster resettlement stable and sustainable development. |
