| 摘 要： | 从我国当前的体制背景、收入基础、消费水平、结构性矛盾、消费权益等方面状况看，我国经济正处于买方市场的初级阶段；而从体制转轨、工业化进程与工业化状况、人均国民生产总值、结构调整等四个不同的角度分析，我国买方市场的初级阶段将是一个长期的过程。
