| 摘 要： | 随着全球一体化的发展进程,时空缩小、边界消失,以交流、沟通、协调为主要形式的谈判活动已经遍布社会生活的各个领域,成为解决各种诉讼与非诉问题的常见方式并且越来越受到人们的普遍重视。根据我国目前对法律和谈判人才的培养与需求现状以及谈判在国内外法律工作实践中的重要作用,建议我国高等学校的法律专业教育应当重视学生谈判能力的培养。

| Abstract: | Negotiating begins at an early age and continues as an everyday occurrence throughout one's life.Negotiation is also an integral part of the lives of many professionals,especially lawyers.In fact,negotiation is often described as a lawyer's principal occupation.Negotiation of legal disputes has a broader institutional and economic significance and negotiating skill is also an important element in a lawyer's reputation as well.This paper suggests that emphasis should be laid on bringing up legal negotiators in university legal education. |
