| 摘 要： | 高职学生在英语学习过程中，如果养成较强的自学能力，就能大大提高英语学习效果。笔者试从自学态度的养成、自学习惯的培养、学习资源的利用三个方面，就高职学生如何培养英语自学能力的问题进行初步的探讨，并提出一些建议。
