摘    要:差异教学是面向全体学生同时又兼顾学生个性差异,使每个学生都能在原有基础之上有所发展的教学,基于国情大力倡导和推广差异教学,可以大幅度提高教学质量。对师范生进行差异教学能力培养意义重大,使他们成为复合型的新型教师的代表。
