| 摘 要： | 海南建设数字图书馆是信息时代发展的必然要求，其意义重大。我们应借鉴美国等西方国家数字图书馆建设的先进经验，结合自身实际及国内有关项目的投入情况， 加强政府领导开展工作及政府扶持力度，加大资金投入，改善落后条件，引进先进设备及有关技术，大力培养数字图书馆建设的技术人才，做好智力上的准备，以迎接数字化时代的机遇与严峻挑战。

| Abstract: | The establishment of digital libraries in Hainan is significant,for it is the inevitable necessity of the information age. Thus, we should draw on the advanced experience of digital library construction in western nations, reinforce administration and increase investment, usher in choice equipment and related technology and strengthen the training of professionals for digital libraries so as to face up to the opportunities and challenges of the digitalization age. |
