基于博弈论的串标行为分析及对策探讨

改革开放以来,我国建筑市场空前繁荣,为适应全球化竞争,引进了工程项目招投标方式.但是招、投标人为了追求更大的利益,招投标过程中串标行为频频发生,严重扰乱了市场的正常竞争秩序.作者介绍了串标的定义、串标行为的表现形式,从博弈论的角度,根据串标行为的不同形式,建立投标人与投标人、招标人与投标人之间的静态博弈模型,计算比较招、投标人的期望利益,分析串标行为的形成机理,提出能够有效减少和防治串标行为的具体措施.
