论建立高校辅导员论谈制度

高校辅导员论谈制度就是由高校学生工作职能部门（一般为学生处）定期召集辅导员就学生工作的典型问题、典型经验、工作心得、理论学习、实践创新、辅导员先进事迹等方面的内容作平等交流；通过提炼典型问题，分享典型经验，共悟工作心得，互启理论学习，最终实现辅导员综合素质快速提升的目的。辅导员论谈制度是新时期加强辅导员队伍建设，低成本而持续、稳定提高辅导员综合素质的有效途径。
