井下联锁风门的改进

摘    要:现在井下所有的风门联锁系统都是由钢管、弹簧、油丝绳组成的拉伸式机械传动风门联锁,这种风门体积大、不利于移设、事故率高。为了改善这种状况,研制了电控联锁语音风门。这种风门通过试验每套系统都已达到了合理、可靠的要求,并且使用起来简单、安全。

Abstract:All doors for blowing wind towards the well of coal-mine consist of steel tube, spring and wire smeared by oil. And they are mechanical transmission linkage doors and have big volume, disadvantage for reinstallation by moving and more potential to arouse accidents. To completely change the mechanical linkage doors, phonetic linkage doors controlled by electric have been studied and made. They have both Features of simplification and safety. Every linkage door has attained reasonableness and reliability tested by experiment.
