| 摘 要： | 信用证诈骗随着我国加入世界贸易组织而日益猖獗，对国际间的正常贸易产生极其严重的破坏。出口打包贷款诈骗宜定为信用证诈骗罪，信用证诈骗罪是结果犯，对这种严重危害金融管理秩序的跨国犯罪，应加强国际合作，加大打击力度。

| Abstract: | Fraud on letter of credit is becoming ever-increasingly rampant with China's entry into the World Trade of Organization and is wreaking devastating of havoc on normal international trade.Packing loan fraud of export should be properly condemned as the crime of letter of credit.The crime of fraud on letter of credit is consequential offense.To cope with this kind of transnational crime which jeopardizes financial management order,international cooperation should be enhanced and intensity of combating against it should be strengthened. |
