| 摘 要： | 弹性学制作为一种现代教学管理制度，它的出现有其特殊的背景。伴随着弹性学制在高校逐步铺开，在其实施的过程中也存在一些问题。针对这些存在问题，笔者提出了弹性学制实施的一些策略。
