| 摘 要： | 免费开放给民族地区博物馆的建设发展带来千载难逢的机遇,但由于经费投入长期严重不足,使民族地区博物馆普遍存在人才队伍缺乏、硬件设施陈旧、展陈手段落后、服务水平低下等诸多问题,距免费开放政策要求相差甚远,因而需要加强软硬件建设,充分发挥免费开放专项经费的社会效益,方可把民族地区免费开放博物馆建设好。
