| 摘 要： | 人口双向流动将是贵州农村社会必须面对的一种"常态化"趋势,这种趋势的存在也会使得贵州农村科技信息服务处于一种"两难"困境:劳动力外流引致的农村"空心化",降低了农业科技信息传播的实际运行效果和农业科技推广组织体系的建设质量;农村劳动力大量返乡,又使得现有农业科技信息传播渠道和传播方式"不堪重负"。
